In the last few years RAWLINGS BUTCHERS has been highlighted in numerous newspapers, catering magazines, the BBC Good Food Guide and most recently, Paul himself made a guest appearance on BBC2 Wales' cookery programme "The Taste of Wales".

Paul owes his success partly to his endless wins in sausage competitions which have bestowed him the title "Welsh Sausage Champion".
